The most expensive hire a $10M founder makes is a full-time COO they need for eighteen months. I see it every quarter. Revenue crosses eight figures, things start to creak, and the reflex is a senior hire: big salary, equity, a six-month search for a problem with an eighteen-month shelf life. What most of those companies need is narrower: → A weekly operating rhythm someone actually owns → A hiring plan built for the next 12 months, not the pitch deck → Three numbers the leadership team trusts Two days a week covers that. And the engagement should end when the team runs it without you. Hire the full-time COO when the job is permanent. Until then, rent the operating cadence.

You Get On With Your Week. Your Posts Do the Selling.
Send us a few lines: a win, a client conversation, something you learned. We turn each one into a LinkedIn post that sounds like you, and a human reviews it before you see it. No notes to hand? Leave it to us.
$19 a post. No subscription. We never log in to your accounts or post for you.
How it works
Your Thinking Goes In, Your Posts Come Out
No content calendar to manage. No call to book. No blank page.
Send a Brief, or Don’t
Order your posts, then write a few lines for each in your Brandable account. Attach call notes or a talk transcript if you have them. Or choose “Leave it to us” and we start from what you have already said in public.
We Find the Post in It
The point, the proof and the hook, written in your voice. Everything else gets cut. AI drafts it, and a human reviews it before you ever see it.
Copy, Paste and Post
Your post lands in your account within 3 days of your brief, with an image idea and a suggested day to post. 2 rounds of changes if anything is off.
Order first, brief whenever suits you. The delivery clock starts when your brief is in.
Behind every post
What Happens Between Your Brief and the Feed
Anyone can tidy up a few notes. These are the rules every post is held to before it reaches you.
Sounds like you
We learn how you write from what you have already published and what you put in your briefs. Every draft is held to it: your words and your rhythm, not ours.
One job per post
Each post does one thing: shares what you believe, shows a problem you solve, or says how to work with you. Never all three at once.
One proven shape
Each post follows one tested structure from start to finish, never a blend. Order several and the shapes vary, so your feed never settles into a formula.
Nothing invented
Stories, clients, numbers and opinions come from you, or from what you have said in public. We cut and sharpen, but never add a claim you did not make.
No AI tells
Engagement bait, fake profundity and inflated claims are cut on sight. Habits that turn robotic when repeated are strictly rationed.
Details, rationed
One lived detail makes a post yours. We use at most one per post, so your stories never run out or start to feel forced.
AI drafts against these rules. A human reviews every post against them before you see it.
Why this matters
Seen, Remembered, Chosen. In That Order
One good post gets you seen. Being chosen takes the posts that come after it.
Seen
A post of yours lands in their feed. It is good. They nod, keep scrolling and get on with their day.
- “Good point, actually.”
- “Who wrote this?”
Remembered
Most people post twice, get busy and go quiet for three months. The feed forgets them within a week.
- “Haven’t seen them in a while.”
- “Do they still do that?”
Chosen
Months later the need arrives. Nobody searches. They think of a name, and it is whoever kept showing up.
- “Who was it that writes about this?”
- “Send me their profile.”
There is no plan to sign up to. Order a handful, and come back for more when you want to keep showing up.
Before and after
A Few Lines In, a Post Out
No new ideas, no invented claims. The same thinking, found, cut and written so a stranger stops scrolling.
From Maya's brief
Call with a founder today. About twelve million in revenue, and he's about to hire a full-time COO: big salary, equity, six-month search. He needs someone for eighteen months, tops. Get a weekly rhythm going, sort the hiring plan, work out which three numbers matter, then hand it back. Two days a week does that. Might be a post in there?
A good story nobody would ever hear.
What we wrote
A point, the proof, and a reason to follow.

Six People, Six Different Posts
A coach, a consultant, a founder, a speaker, a freelancer and a creator. Different work, different shapes, the same rules.
The question I hear most from lawyers who want out is not “what else could I do?” It is “will I have wasted the last ten years?” Last month a client moved from a disputes team to an in-house role at a logistics company. In her first week she rewrote a supplier contract that had caused arguments for two years. Nobody else in the building could have done it. The training comes with you when you leave. It just stops being the whole job.
Three signs your prices are too low, from the last twenty pricing reviews I have run: 1. Nobody on a sales call has pushed back on the number in months 2. Your biggest customers pay the same as your smallest 3. You last changed the price when you had a tenth of the features One of these is normal. All three, and you are leaving money on the table every month. The fix is rarely a big increase. Usually it is a second tier for the customers who already get the most from you.
We stopped starting new clients on a Friday. It was never a policy. Friday starts just kept going wrong: documents arrived on Monday, the welcome call slipped, and a new client’s first impression of us was a delay. So every start date moved to Tuesday. In the first month, onboarding complaints dropped to one. No new software, no new hire. A different day. When something keeps going wrong, check when it happens before you check how.
I gave the same talk twice last week. On Tuesday it landed. On Thursday it did not. Same slides, same stories, same timings. The only difference was the first five minutes. On Tuesday I asked the room a question before I started. On Thursday I was running late and skipped it. A room decides early whether you are talking to it or at it. I will not skip the question again.
Before I quote for an edit, I ask for one thing: a video you wish yours looked like. Not a brief or a mood board. One link. It tells me the pace, the music, how many cuts a minute and whether you want captions on screen. It saves us both a round of changes. If you hire editors, send the link first. You will get a more accurate quote and a better first draft.
I have written 112 issues of my newsletter. The one with the most replies was about a mistake. I over-ordered fish for a bank holiday weekend that rained. Forty portions, binned. I wrote up how I worked out the loss and what I changed in my ordering. For a week, readers sent me their own disasters. Advice gets read. A mistake someone recognises gets answered. If you are stuck for something to write, start with the thing that went wrong.
Every person here is invented. These are samples written to show the range, not client work.

Is this for you
Your Stories, Our Writing
You bring the raw material: what happened, what you learned, what you won. We bring the structure and the writing.
For you if
- You have real expertise and opinions, and they never make it onto LinkedIn
- Your work comes through reputation, referrals and who remembers you
- You can jot down a few lines about what happened, or you are happy for us to start from what you have said in public
- You want someone to find the point in your thinking, not just type it up
- You would rather copy, paste and post than start from a blank page
Not for you if
- You want your notes typed up word for word
- You would rather not share what really happens in your work
- You want posts about trends rather than your own work
- You expect leads or followers from a single post
- You want posts to replace your outreach and referrals
- You want someone to post, comment and reply for you
Before you ask
Frequently Asked Questions
What do you need from me?
Your LinkedIn URL when you order, then for each post either a brief or a click on “Leave it to us”. A brief can be a few lines, a pasted transcript of a talk, call notes or a draft you gave up on. No forms to fill in and no call to book.
What if I do not know what to write about?
Choose “Leave it to us”. We work from what you have already said in public: your LinkedIn profile, your past posts and your website. You still read the post first, and you can still ask for changes.
Will it sound like me?
That is the first rule. We learn how you write from what you have published and what you tell us in your briefs. If a line still reads wrong, tell us what is off and we rework it.
How do I get my posts?
In your Brandable account. Each post arrives ready to copy and paste, with an optional image idea and a suggested day to post it. Posts ordered together arrive together.
How soon will I get them?
Within 3 days of your brief. The clock starts when your brief is in, not when you pay, so there is no rush to write it. If we are ever running late, you hear it from us first.
What if I want changes?
2 rounds of changes come with every post, each back within 2 days. Ask from your account and say what is off. A human reviews every revision before you see it, too.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel any time before delivery and you pay only for the work already done. Once a post is delivered it is yours, and the rounds of changes are there if it is not right.
Do you post for me?
No. We never log in to your accounts, never post, comment or reply for you, and never ask for a password. You post it yourself, when it suits you.
Is this just ghostwriting?
Not quite. A ghostwriter types up what you say. We look for the post inside what you send, the point, the proof and the hook, and cut the rest. And we never add anything you did not say.
Do you use AI?
Yes, and we would rather say so. AI drafts each post from your material, held to the six rules above. Then a human reviews every post before it reaches you, and every revision too. Nothing is invented, and nothing reaches you unchecked.
What results can I expect?
Posts that sound like you and say something specific. We cannot promise leads or followers from any one post, and nobody honestly can. What builds a name is showing up with your own thinking, for months rather than weeks.
Which platforms are they for?
LinkedIn, for now. The posts are written for its feed: the length, the opening lines that show before “more”, and the line breaks.
Don’t Disappear Between Busy Weeks
You already have the stories. Send them over, and we will write them up.
