Questions About Paying
Which currency will I pay in?
Prices are shown in pounds, euros or dollars depending on where you are. The price you see is the price you pay.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe, when you place your order. We never see your card details.
When does the delivery clock start?
When your brief is in, not when you pay. You can pay now and brief us whenever you’re ready.
Is it cheaper if I order more?
No. The price is the same at any quantity: $19 a post whether you order one or ten.
What if it isn’t right?
Ask for changes from your order. Revision rounds are included with every service, and each revision is reviewed by a human before it comes back to you.
Can I cancel?
Change your mind? Cancel any time before delivery and pay only for what’s been done. Once the work is delivered there are no refunds; the revision rounds are there to put anything right.
Where are my receipts?
In your Brandable account, under Billing, along with every order.
Do you need my passwords?
Never. Everything is delivered in your Brandable account for you to copy and download. We don’t log in to your accounts or post anything for you.
