Brandable is a human + AI hybrid, and we’d rather you heard it from us. AI does the heavy lifting. A human reviews every delivery and every revision before it reaches you.
From order to delivery
What Happens, Step by Step

You order and pay
Pick a service and pay by card. Your order appears in your Brandable account straight away.
- 2
You brief us
Tell us what you want in your own words and add files if they help. For posts you can choose “Leave it to us” instead. The delivery clock starts when the brief is in.

AI drafts
The AI reads what you’ve made public and what you’ve told us, and drafts the work to our house rules.

A human reviews
Every draft is checked, edited and, if it isn’t good enough, sent back and done again. Nothing goes out without review.

Delivered in your account
Signed-off work arrives in your account, ready to copy and download. We email you when it’s there.

Revisions, reviewed too
Ask for changes from your order. Each revision gets the same review before it comes back to you.

What never happens
Three Lines We Don’t Cross
Nothing invented
No made-up numbers, clients, jobs, quotes or results. If it isn’t yours, it isn’t in the work.
No passwords
We never ask for them and never need them. If a message asks for one, it isn’t from us.
Nothing posted for you
We never log in to your accounts or post on your behalf. You copy, download and publish when you choose.
Time and changes
Delivery Times and Revisions
Each service has its own delivery time, counted in days from when your brief is in. The time is there because a human reviews everything. If something runs late, your order shows it and we email you; it comes as soon as it’s ready.
Revision rounds are included, and each one is reviewed before it comes back to you.

Change your mind? Cancel any time before delivery and pay only for what’s been done. After delivery there are no refunds; the revision rounds are how we put anything right.
